We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Studio Manager. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, new student acquisition and exceptional customer service. Your role will be instrumental in creating a positive and engaging environment for our students and instructors. Prior management experience in the hospitality, fitness or martial arts industries required and the exceptional ability to lead a team.

New student recruiting, student/parent enrollment conferences, and managing admin tasks of a growing martial arts school with an emphasis on online marketing, friendly customer service and business to business marketing. Looking for a warm, caring, energetic person with good computer skills who is detail oriented and can handle a fast-paced environment. Martial arts experience a plus but not essential. Exceptional organizational and phone skills a must!

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, organized individual to assist children and their parents during classes. Confident to enroll students, field parent questions and take payments. Other duties include ring up merchandise, help shy kids get ready for class, keep front of the school neat and organized, post videos and photos to our social media accounts and answering phone inquiries. You must genuinely love kids and feel confident to communicate effectively with their parents. Prior experience in teaching, coaching, martial arts, youth sports, or hospitality a plus!

Mon-Fri shifts available 3:30-7:30pm (or 4:30-7:30 if that is better for your schedule), Saturdays 9am- 12 or 3 or 3:30pm. Additional hours on an as needed/as available basis. Possibility to grow into a full-time management opportunity.

Will consider training the right people with outgoing personalities and genuine care for people. Must love working with kids. Prior teaching experience in martial arts or youth sports and an eclectic background in Muay Thai kickboxing, BJJ, traditional karate preferred. Full-time career opportunities and part-time shifts available.

Create digital assets of photos and short videos, design and deploy social media posts across all location pages, answer DMs/PMs, monitor Facebook community groups for marketing opportunities and recommendation requests, monitor paid advertising and coordinate with ad agency on deliverables.
